About Julia
Through a trauma-informed lens, I work with adults experiencing a variety of social and emotional challenges, including life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, perinatal mental health concerns, fertility journeys, addiction, ADHD, family conflict, and relationships. My therapeutic style is warm, laid-back, affirming, curious, and strengths-based. I ask questions to get at the underlying issues and want my clients to be in control of their sessions. I seek to forge a relationship in which problems can be safely explored and addressed with a variety of tools and strategies.
