ANXIETY

Constant worry and unease, feeling on edge, the sense of being trapped in negative thoughts are signs you may be experiencing unhealthy anxiety.

Everyone experiences anxiety and sometimes it can be energizing and help get us through tough situations, but when anxious feelings become persistent and overwhelming, they can be harmful to your health and relationships.

Think of anxiety as a constant state of worry. You’re restless and tense, daily tasks feel formidable. You may even feel physical changes like shortness of breath and increased blood pressure. It’s common to try and push these feelings down, but that can worsen the anxiety and cause angry outbursts or panic attacks.
