About Nancy
I’m a psychodynamic therapist who integrates adaptive EMDR, IFS and other evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. My relational approach helps us look at the patterns and experiences that have shaped your life, while also finding what really works for you in the here and now. I specialize in PTSD, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and OCD, with particular attention to the ways these experiences intersect. My work with substance use is rooted in harm reduction principles, and my approach with eating disorders is always aligned with Health at Every Size.
At the core of my practice is a commitment to centering the person, not just their diagnosis, by deeply attuning to their lived experience, strengths, and values. With my trauma-informed approach, we move as slow or as fast as you need. My work is collaborative and grounded in warmth and authenticity, creating a secure and intentional space where clients feel understood in the full complexity of their identities and supported in their path toward healing and growth. I look forward to learning more about your story!
