About Brithny
My therapy style is exploratory, empowering, analytical, challenging, and centered on insight-driven direction. My work is humanistic and person-centered, rooted in psychodynamic and relational theories, influenced by trauma-informed research and attachment style frameworks. I will continue to help underserved marginalized communities, including my own: BIPOC, LGBTQ+, expat, immigrant. I hope to continue to be a motivating counselor and a gentle listener, and to provide a safe and supportive space that honors one's own unique, brilliant, lived experience. I bring a warmly analytical approach to healing that is rooted in compassion, intuition, and an innate ability to connect with people.
