I am a trauma-informed therapist with a humanistic approach to therapy. I draw primarily from psychodynamic theory and incorporate other evidence-based approaches when helpful, including IFS, DBT, and ERP. My areas of focus concern complex trauma, grief, OCD, neurodivergence, and
co-occuring disorders.
I believe in the importance of understanding a client holistically to provide supportive and effective care. Your life experience is at the center of our work, and I deeply value your autonomy as the client. With this in mind, I prioritize collaboration throughout the therapeutic process, developing greater insight to your personal experiences together. I am honored to support you on your path to healing!
