Getting Started
At the Center for Evidence-Based Psychotherapy (CEBP), we utilize the three components of evidence-based practice to provide effective, compassionate care:
we utilize the latest available research;
we leverage our therapists’ broad clinical expertise;
and we value your lived expertise, tailoring treatment to align with your preferences and culture
What to expect at CEBP:
Transparency and ethical practice
You are invited to complete our consultation inquiry, Our team will verify your insurance, providing a breakdown of your benefits, fees for our services and an estimated amount reimbursed by insurance.
If our out-of-network services are not accessible we will share referrals from our up-to-date directory of in-network providers and resources.
Comprehensive assessments
New clients will start with a psychodiagnostic or biopsychosocial assessment. This assessment is offered at the start of treatment. Your therapist will made recommendations and work together with you to develop a treatment plan.
Quality assurance and transparent sharing of findings
Client progress in psychotherapy is continually assessed using objective measures and quality assurance practices. You and your therapist will check in to ensure therapy is helping and adjustments will be made as needed
Treatment engagement support
Clients receive assistance submitting out-of-network claims. We also support client physical wellness and engagement in preventative services. We work with outside medical providers to support integrated treatment
We are always learning how to better support our clients' well-being. If you have ideas or feedback, let us know!
